Cat. #002191: SALLY RAND

Uncommon vintage black fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch pale green autograph album page, acquired in-person in 1937 and decorated with a small magazine image. In good condition and ideal for matting of a favorite photograph. Burlesque star Sally Rand, who is remembered for her controversial trademark fan dance, also appeared in nearly 30 silent and early talkie motion pictures, including Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ (1925), King of Kings (1927) and The Sunset Murder Case (1938).
